Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care and supervision for a special needs child, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meals, and hygiene.
• Support with educational tasks such as reading, writing, and other learning activities.
• Implement behavior management strategies as outlined in the care plan.
• Create a positive, fun, and encouraging environment to promote growth and development.
• Maintain open communication with the family and report any concerns or progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is preferred but not required.
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the child’s needs.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
